Mixed feelings on recent order
I recently bought several different items, including some Seta Tussah, a Kit per Infeltrimento, and a couple of Aghi per Infeltrire. The Seta Tussah fiber was beautiful and worked wonderfully for my project, very impressed with that. The felting kit had all the essentials, but one of the needles broke pretty quickly, which was a bit of a bummer. Not a huge deal, I had spares. Ordering was straightforward, the website is easy to navigate. Shipping took around 8 days to get to me here in California, which is acceptable coming from Italy. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about tracking, so that was a plus. The packaging protected everything well. I'd probably order again for the unique fibers, I'll just be careful with the accessories.
Good fiber selection, slow shipping
I ordered some Lana Merino Extra Fine and a few dyeing supplies. The quality of the fiber was really nice, very soft and true to color from the website. Shipping took about 9 days to get to my place in Ohio, which felt a bit long for textiles. Everything was packed well though. Good value overall, just factor in the shipping time.
